Ybor is pretty beat anymore, it got real kiddie. Chanelside is close to there and there's not a bunch of 16-22 yr olds looking for trouble.

Ehh, the gays are ok as long as they don't look like that. Clean up a hood nice. I have this tiny little neighborhood on the Southside, with the real hood right accross the street, and the gays are starting to push farther south.
