I always wondered about Anna having pictures of her and
Brian. If she does have any maybe they are too revealing
of both of them and she does not want them published or
she never took any. I think a fan club member could ask
Trevor and see if she did take any of her and Brian.
I am sure Anita has many pictures of her and BJ but they
could also be revealing to publish so she keeps them to
herself. Probably the same with Keith and her friends too,
and is known to be a very private person. Bill Wyman has
taken some of Brian but they are just ordinary photos. So
has Dennis Hopper.
Nowadays they would have photographers all over the place
taking intimate photos of them where ever they went and
they would be all in the papers and magazines. But back
then maybe it was harder to do? There are more pictures of
the Stones on stage and off stage now then I have ever
seen before. Wish they would have done this back in the
Sixties. Good question, interesting isn't it? |

That is the one I found on AOL a while back. If I remember
right they are in New Jersey (New Joisey!) I like the white
socks Brian has on and the swimming trunks Keith is wearing.
Mick looks like he is in intense converation with Brian,
guess they are just talking about guy stuff. He does not
look mad. Those white socks KILL me that is funny. At least
they weren't striped??!!!

Lol, yeah, I guess Brian didn't want his tootsies to get sunburned. I sure wish I were one of the girls sitting on the lounge chairs behind them! Don't know what I would have done. Fainted dead away? Kept my eyes glued to Brian? Tried to subtly get his attention? Get up and walk by, hoping he would notice? I can't imagine being that close to him. SIGH. |

anna wohlin wrote in her book that they had photographs at cotchford and also some camera with an unfinished film where she and brian were taking photos with every now and then... and since they forced and brought her away and in the rush she could just grab brians hat and a shirt and some of her own stuff as people were allover, she was assuming that the photos and the camera were also destroyed on the bonfire..
when she went back all was suddenly gone and it seemed like as if nobody would have lived there for a long time.

Okay I got it. Guess it did burn up in the fire or someone
took it? I believe it when she claimed they rushed her
out of there and told her to go home immediately. Wanted her
to keep her mouth shut, I think they scared her for a long
time after that. I have always liked Anna, she seems like
a really nice lady. |

I'm not sure how I feel about Anna. Just don't know much about her. I do think she and Brian had a very new, not serious relationship. She'd only just moved in a few weeks before his death. I don't think of her with the same positive feelings I have for Linda Lawrence--or maybe even Dawn Malloy. I remember reading that at some point, Anna went back to Cotchford--and that she crawled in somewhere...either a doggie door or something like that. And the owners were there and caught her. I guess she wanted "closure", but that was not a very good way of going about it! After Brian's death, she went to stay with Bill and Astrid for a few days before being escorted out of the country. |

Oh, yes, it could be, that many picīs are burnt in this suspicious bonfire...I read her book also and find it a very romantic love story, but I think Anna did a bit become idealized her memories...for example, she told about Brian had ask her for marry him and want to start a family with her...I really do think Brian was in a complete other state of mind at that time...it was maybe more her wish than reality??? But who can blame her for that, itīs easy to be carry away by Brian...and she only told good things about him in her book, it seems like she is a very warmhearted and kindly woman.
In any case, her book is a must read for every Brian fan...

That was an intriguing comment about Anna going back to
Cotchford Farm through the Dog Door? Which owners caught her,
the present owners that live there now? That would be the
John(s) family who purchased it in 1970. They are supposed
to be a very kind, generous, sociable, sweet family which
is a Godsend to Cotchford Farm. I wonder what she was
looking for? Good pictures everyone. |

My MRI went fine. It's not exactly fun, but not horrible either. I will get my results either Friday or Monday.
My husband had a physical today. One of the tests did not come back well, so he will be seeing a specialist next week... There is a vague possiblity that we could BOTH have cancer... Wouldn't that be terrible? Hopefully, at least one of us will have good results.
Thank you for all your caring and warm feelings here on the Brian thread. I did take your pictures with me, Alex, and looked at them often before the MRI. It was very comforting to have your kind thoughts and prayers, and the lovely picture of Brian there with me... |
