Stone rolls up at Bondi
BYLINE: Emma Chalmers
MICK Jagger has kept a low profile since jetting into
Sydney last week but he has found time to dine with
Baz Lurhmann.
The Rolling Stones frontman and the Moulin Rouge
director dined at the exclusive Bondi Icebergs
restaurant. Jagger, in Australia for the band's Forty
Licks world tour, was joined by Stones drummer
Charlie Watts and American comedienne Joan Rivers.
Restaurant manager Tim Bott said the group dined on
500g rib-eye steaks and kingfish fillet with a sauce
of pipis and sliced raw beef.
"They ate and drank the best that we have to offer.
There's no fish and chips on the menu," he said.
Stones guitarist Keith Richards is on the Gold Coast
with his family.
The Rolling Stones will perform at the Brisbane
Entertainment Centre on March 4 and 5.

SHe's is so fake looking, I saw her on QVC and thought a mannequin was talking.
