Good call on "Mixed Emotions" and "Time Waits For No One"!! I saw them do a high energy version of "Mixed Emotions" in 89, and if Woody's having a good night, I'm sure he could do a great four minute solo at the end of TWFNO. He did pretty good on CYHMK when I saw them in 2002.

Voodoo Scrounge I like a lot of that setlist, but a few of those songs do rely heavily on Ronnie AND Keith being on the top of their game to pull it off. Namely "Love is Strong" and "Mixed Emotions". I love the songs, but dont think they have the armour.

I wouldnt start with OPaint it Black either. I would have Under My Thumb ala 1982

Gimme Shelter I don't know, I can picture Keith just walking out on stage by himself (like he did when they play PIB on the Steel Wheels tour) and playing the intro and then the rest of the band comes roaring with Charlie's drumbeats.

Sadly, the 81 mood of the song is ancient story.
Now keyboard has replaced the famous riff , same on LSTNT and that sucks!!
Nowadays I m totally into the 81 sdb like seatle or phoenix and the band rocked hard. Stewart,Wyman,Ernie Watts, raw guitars, Jagger with his awful but so rock n roll voice, whaaaouuuu!!
anyway it must be the 150th thread about fantasy set list, you guys take too much drug!!

cheers

Scottfree I want to see a haunting TWFNO as an opener, I think that would be a jaw dropper (in a fashion reminiscent of Paris Hilton)....
