Maxlugar I got my first Hound Dog Taylor album yesterday.

I really like it. He is indeed a very good slide player.
Fleabit Peanut Monkey had mentioned something about a live album of his that is great. Anyone know the name?

Joey No , but if you visit the " Other Board " there is a Hound Dog Taylor site that might detail all of the live discs .

" Slap Me Silly Ronnie "

Maxlugar Oh thanks young, tiny Joey!

Joey, I've been thinking, have you picked up Jeff Beck's You Had it Coming yet?

It's his latest. I can assure you my brother, THIS is guitar baby!

Jeff has actually hit on something big with his last two albums. Hard throbing club music mixed with soaring guitar. Heavy, heavy stuff! Stones-like? No. Cool? Holy friggin' fuck YES!

Please run as fast as your tiny little legs will carry you down to your local CD seller and get this!!

The first five songs will leave you drooling like a mental patient.

You're welcome!

Joey You make young little itty bitty Joey giddy with joy .

Hey , say that one three times real fast .

Where is the " C. " when you really need it .

It's called "Beware of the Dog" it's what live music is all about!

swapwoodfortaylor There are a few live HDT albums...but Beware Of The Dog is by far the best. In fact it is wonderful!

On June 16, 2001 the hit counter of the WET page was inserted here, it had 174,489 hits. Now the hit counter is for both the page and the board.
The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
