stoneslib In anticipation of what I hear is a "great" sounding Phoenix audience, I've been mocking up artwork with some of my pics from the show. Here are the two covers
for preview.

Mick version

Lips & Ron version

Full downloadable versions with "Keith" back art coming real soon.

Stonesthrow Phoenix was the only show I saw this time. However, it seemed to me that the audience was really into this one with most standing throughout the entire concert. This is cetainly a far cry from the 1969 concert. Halfway through that concert, Mick had to shout, "Come on Phoenix, get up off your asses". It worked then, but it shouldn't have been necessary in the first place. Extremely embarassing. That may have been a reason that the Stones didn't return to Phoenix for quite a while after that.
