Well in fairness he's not really try to perform per se but show off what his original Frankenstein guitar can do. The bastard built the thing himself before they hit it big and that guitar is a huge reason they did. Listen to that God damned thing! His company EVH is making reproductions of it right down to the smallest detail. They are priced at $25k! We'll have to see if they sell at that price though.
That said, oh yeah....HE'S WASTED! It's surpising he was able to do much of signature moves. That bit at the end where he puts the live jack in his mouth is distrubing to say the least. He claims to have gotten tongue cancer from the elctromagnetic fields from the studio and having a metal pick in his mouth. Is this what a man does that believes that?

I'm surprised too, that he could do much of the signature moves, his hands & his brain is in sync, Meth being speed,that doesn't always happen, if he was just a wasted drunk, I don't think he could do that.
