Topic: For myself and the ladies of Rocks Off. Return to archive

Steel Wheels I love how I love this band and can get drunk at the drop of a hat while they are pumping from a stereo. I love that keith has always been my hero, and that charlie is the big brother I always wanted.

here's to keeping true to myself and keeping true to the music. It's all about the music, especially when it's the ROLLING STONES.

Strange though that I will now quote the faces:

"You can make me dance, you can me sing, you can make me do just any old thing, and I love it." Aint that the truth? the Stones produce the fucking vibes.

Im in a force field of music, booze, and positive energy.

I can't seem to stay in step, but she cum every time...

How good does Keith sound? jesus, that guitar chugging like a train. It's all Chuck Berry, right? God bless Chuck. He made the connection between man and woman and music and it's crystal clear. A steady driving guitar.

It sounds even better live. The stones are so good in concert. They love being on stage. It's like they are the epitome of what a rock act should be like.

Try writing something better than Tumblin' Dice and perform it on a B-stage at MSG. You can't even touch it.

Here's to the lovely ladies of Rocks Off...and thanking them for the memories in Atlantic City. This is for you all.

LOVING CUP
(M. Jagger/K. Richards)

I'm the man on the mountain, come on up.
I'm the plowman in the valley with a face full of mud.
Yes, I'm fumbling and I know my car don't start.
Yes, I'm stumbling and I know I play a bad guitar.

Give me little drink from your loving cup.
Just one drink and I'll fall down drunk.

I'm the man who walks the hillside in the sweet summer sun.
I'm the man that brings you roses when you ain't got none.
Well I can run and jump and fish, but I won't fight
You if you want to push and pull with me all night.

Give me little drink from you loving cup.
Just one drink and I'll fall down drunk.

I feel so humble with you tonight,
Just sitting in front of the fire.
See your face dancing in the flame,
Feel your mouth kissing me again,
What a beautiful buzz, what a beautiful buzz,
What a beautiful buzz, what a beautiful buzz.
Oh, what a beautiful buzz, what a beautiful buzz.

Yes, I am nitty gritty and my shirt's all torn,
But I would love to spill the beans with you till dawn.

Give me little drink from your loving cup.
Just one drink and I'll fall down drunk.

Much love,
Steel Wheels

GotToRollMe Wow. I was listening to the AC boot today while on the subway, and just kept playing "Loving Cup" over and over. I was actually tempted to post the lyrics tonight...you must have ESP, boy! Ain't it good, though? Ain't it ALL just so fuckin' good?

"I'm the man who walks the hillside in the sweet summer sun.
I'm the man that brings you roses when you ain't got none.
Well I can run and jump and fish, but I won't fight
You if you want to push and pull with me all night.
Give me little drink from you loving cup.
Just one drink and I'll fall down drunk."

I had the same experience at Bercy in 2003 and cummed in my pants while they were playing the first notes of Rock Off!
