Schleisher This new AC/DC dvd sounds great. Does anyone know why the 2003 release of Rock Masters with a 1977 AC/DC concert never came out in the States?
January 28th, 2005 07:59 PM
Schleisher Actually, imo, the Stones should take a look at AC/DC's Stiff Upper Lip Live dvd, and take note. There's the band, no back-up singers, no extra musicians, just the core band out there kicking ass. Basic, pure rock n roll.

rogerriffin The stones must be like 1978, a great dream...

AC/DC always been 5 on stage, many times i believe that the WORLD GREATEST ROCK´N ROLL BAND name, should be for others.......

Soldatti Are the Stones the only "big band" with so many back-up members?
I don't have other on my mind, right now...

Monkeytonkman Groovy, Acca Dacca are ace.

I hope the Stones can get them to play a couple of dates with them on the next tour. Didn't get to see them together last time.

January 31st, 2005 10:01 AM
nankerphelge Amen to that!

I have been scouting the AC/DC sites for months -- still no solid news of a tour -- but I suspect we will see one this summer! Nice 1-2 punch with the Stones this fall!
