FotiniD I love the header. I love that expression on his face. God, I can't wait till they finally confirm the Greek date! I'm going nuts!

Lord Richards baby, you got to love the guy.

VoodooChileInWOnderl Greek shall not be Omaha'ed

Sir Stonesalot That gold jacket is atrocious!

Attack of the 50 ft. Vegas Lounge Lizard Mick!

Do not point the spotlight at him, the jacket will blind people!

gimmekeef Step right this way ladies and gentlemen..See the Greatest RockN Roll Band In The World.....he looks like a freakin carnival barker...If he wears that Sunday...no no he wouldnt?....
February 2nd, 2006 09:44 AM
Sir Stonesalot Bite your tongue man!

Don't even THINK about it!!!!

I am so nervous about Sunday. SO many things could turn this into an embarrassment.

That is it.

I have to do something.

I am officially calling in all my good karma chits in return for a non-humiliation at the Superbowl Halftime show.

It's times like this when I should probably believe in God.

This is a thread to admire how great my Lord Richards looks (see pic attached by Voodoo above)

Please refrain from commenting the blinding gold extra ridiculous jacket L'wren must have chosen for Mick

Sir Stonesalot But the header is of Mick in that awful jacket....

I don't understand.
February 2nd, 2006 10:48 AM
nankerphelge Funny -- Keith hit the opening chords of JJF last night and I was peering thru the darkness to see Mick and all of a sudden WHAMMO!

As soon as I saw that jacket I thought "oh man, he's gonna hear about this one!"

gimmekeef Looks like an usher at a theater.Maybe new cash cow...For $1000 Mick using flashlight and in that coat he shows you to your seats!
February 2nd, 2006 06:19 PM
Saint Sway the wardrobe choices are horrible.

who else would wear that horrible gold sequin glitter jacket??? Barry Manilow? Sigfried? Michael Jackson? An usher at a gay Vegas caberet?

Mick Jagger '06 = out of touch.

speedfreakjive I disagree;I reckon its good that he's not being all mainstream for once, not wearing tailored suits on stage. I'm sure he wore something similar in the 1978 DVD. Maybe not.
But, then again, it'd be a lot cooler if it was a normal straight suit IMO.

See the timing, Fotini is talking about the Keith header from Omaha and you are talking about this one

February 3rd, 2006 12:02 PM
Sir Stonesalot Oh...

Sorry. I didn't see the other header..or I did and it just didn't register with me...I dunno.

The Mick pic also shows how far back Mick's hairline really is...and right where the weave starts!

Mick's stage wardrobe has been questionable at best since '75.

true.

but the glitter jackets are so bad and Vegas cheesy looking that they actually make the knee pads/yellow football pants outfit look somewhat cool.

lotsajizz if a gold jacket was good enough for the King, it's good enough for Mick....Elvis and Vegas rocked, only someone who has never heard Ronnie Tutt could think otherwise!!

being 'Vegas' ain't necessarily a bad thing

February 3rd, 2006 03:23 PM
Sir Stonesalot Vegas....

You are right, it ain't all bad.

Especially if you want to look like a cartoon.

That's a tough call there...maybe the football pants will be dusted off for the SB halftime show?
