Topic: Help with HIGHWIRE Promo Return to archive
January 31st, 2006 10:48 PM
rogerriffin Today i bought a promo cd of HIGHWIRE, contains Single Edit (3:35) and Album Version (4:42) with front cover art only.

Says "From the forthcoming Rolling Stones Records live album Flashpoint"

PS. In Stores 4/2

The cd says
Demostration-Not For Sale
CSK 73742
Disp 000948

Now my questions are:

1. This item only was released with front cover only?? or the seller lost the backcover?

2. DISP 000948, it´s the number of item??? its a numbered edition???

Hope can anyone help me with my doubts, thanks in advanced.

Hey there Rog,

Just checked out my promo copy and the numbering and wording is identical to yours.Certainly not a numbered limited edition.

Mine has the back cover and is in a standard jewel case.

The back cover artwork consists of a jagged white line directly across the middle of the cover and a small classic tongue on the top left hand side. The words Demonstration - Not for sale are repeated on the right hand side.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Mottrush
