Angiegirl Yeah, the recordings are great. I recommend everyone to download the 6 songs and listen to them in these quiet Stones-times! Website is in English, so no problem finding what you want.

Cheers,
Angie

exilestones@netscape Is there a Flip The Switch CD to buy? I'd like to get one. I was in Holland for a few days and got to Ahoy and Vredenburg. I looked for Stones entertainment when I was in Holland, figured there would be with all the Stones fans in Holland, but couldn't find anything. Did I miss a big Flip concert?

Strange_Stray_Cat You sure as hell missed a thing!!!
Flip the Switch played the Amsterdam Arena the night the Stones cancelled.

How on earth could you have missed this???

midnightmagic When i was in Amsterdam in 99 I met Remco. We did some tape trading back then and decided to meet when I went there on a trip with my wife ( AMS-Paris-Firenze-Rome).

He was cool we drank beer and talked Stones- He was not in the band at the time, so I surf to his website via rocks off and whamo I see his ass on their site. So cool.

I guess it didn't get on the Internet? And it surely wasn't open to the public since the Stones had it rented that day.

I don't know about this Flip the Switch. Someone told me they were very good but hadn't captured that important Chuck Lavelle sound. Keep working on it guys!

glencar My brother-in-law told me that Holland is a hotbed of classic rock. And techno. But mostly classic rock.

midnightmagic The Amsterdam arena show is not on their website, sounds suspect.

It doesn't; it was a secret gig, that's why.
