interesting...
i kind of like that this film is still slightly ilicit and elusive.
it gives the stones that little bit of mystery and decadence they lost ages ago. |

Not exactly true that boot copies are all poor quality. It's been pretty easy to find excellent quality copies since the late 1980s. |

True, I have an excellent copy on DVD. Also, it's not a roadie helping Keith with the television, it's Bobby Keys. |

Christ, Franks is 82! So what happens when he croaks? No more showings? You'd also think copyright runs out soon-ish, so like Night of the living dead, any one can sell this film?
The film is actually rather dull. ALot of it is just unwatchable. The drug taking is mainly Frank's crew. It really is a case of fantasy over reality. |

"The sentiment of going through the motions is best crystallized in the moment Keith and a roadie throwing their hotel room TV off the balcony."
I thought it was Keith and Bobby Keyes? |

Yup. The myth far outweighs the actual viewing experience. |
