Bitch MOONLIGHT MILE
(M. Jagger/K. Richards)

When the wind blows and the rain feels cold
With a head full of snow
With a head full of snow
In the window there's a face you know
Don't the night pass slow
Don't the nights pass slow

The sound of strangers sending nothing to my mind
Just another mad mad day on the road
I am just living to be lying by your side
But I'm just about a moonlight mile on down the road

Made a rag pile of my shiny clothes
Gonna warm my bones
Gonna warm my bones
I got silence on my radio
Let the air waves flow
Let the air waves flow

Oh I'm sleeping under strange strange skies
Just another mad mad day on the road
My dreams is fading down the railway line
I'm just about a moonlight mile on down the road
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah

I'm hiding sister and I'm dreaming
I'm riding down your moonlight mile
I'm hiding baby and I'm dreaming
I'm riding down your moonlight mile
I'm riding down you moonlight mile

Let it go now, come on up babe
Yeah, let it go now
Yeah, flow now baby
Yeah move on now yeah

Yeah, I'm coming home
'Cause, I'm just about a moonlight mile on down the road
Down the road, down the road
Yeah, yeah, hey hey hey baby, now

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS TUNE!

OK heres my interpretation of it. MICK & the boys are on the road far away from loved ones and the comforts of home. The moon above connects them from where they are at that moment to where they wish they were, because its the same moon, in the same sky. So, we're never really too far apart because the moonlight connects us.

I never thought ER was that great of an album actually. I always thought Undercover to be their most underated album. for me, ER just was middle of the road. a few pretty good tracks (ER, Shes so Cold), and the rest of the album was nothing memorable to me. Actually I find it a weaker album for them. Almost thin.

Okay, I'm going to change something. The voting will go like this.

This week: 8 fav. albums
Round 1: Vote off 3 albums to go, 6 albums will go
Round 2-3: Vote off 2 albums, 2 go
Round 4-7: Vote off 1 album, 1 go
Final Round: Vote for a winner

The last planning was too long. It would've taken till April 4th or something! This should end mid Feb or early March.

dude, abort now.
23rd January 2007 06:04 PM
Jethrostone I've noticed the albums that all of no votes, 1 vote, or 2 votes will go if no one else votes (That's 15 or 16 all together). Like if I were to end it right now, that's how it would be. But there is one last spot to have one album out and it would have to be one of the albums w/ 3 votes. Just found out.

Jethrostone Voting ends tomorrow. 17 albums will go but it's a tie between BTB and LYL of which one will stay or go. I don't want a tie breaker so if it ends in a tie, both albums will go . I'll see when the last vote was made for both of them.
25th January 2007 07:23 PM
glencar Please, give us a tiebreaker.
25th January 2007 07:23 PM
Jethrostone Okay here:

Between the Buttons: the vote before the last vote for this album was placed 3 days later.

Love You Live: the vote beofre the last vote for this album was placed 1 day later.

So BTB will go if no more votes by tomorrow.
