Topic: New RIAA Certifications: 4 Flicks...Live Licks!!! Return to archive
January 20th, 2005 09:47 PM
Soldatti Four Flicks reached an amazing 19x Platinum certification in US for shipments of 475,000 copies (4 DVD's x 4 = 1.900,000). It's the top certification for a video in US so far.

The surprise here is that Live Licks got a GOLD certification for shipments of 500,000 copies! OK, it's a double album and with 250,000 copies it's enough, but the album sold 81,000 copies so far with only 2 weeks on the Top 200! The certification is for shipments, that's sure.

The Stones are #10 on the all time list with 66 millions copies sold and this is the 40th GOLD award for the band, #4 on the all time list.
