TheSavageYoungXyzzy It's not available anymore. For some reason, ABKCO decided not to release it when they remastered the entire back catalogue.

Why? I dunno. But apparently the Russian editions of the remasters do have No. 2 included, so you could probably buy it from in an imports section or by looking around online.
