Good Question, Of course most would answer it's a sexual ejaculation, and that's what I'm pretty sure Mick is talking about. The term now has become to mean more. To get your Rocks Off Now means to me to get your jollies, as in something as trival, as responding to this question about the Stones and their many fans on this site. I can now say Getting My Rocks Off is playing my drums or riding my bike, or getting over on the big boss man. This question proves this site is one of the best.
