Acording to industry sources the Stones "Forty Licks" has sold 4,000 copies less what the next week (50,000). The HBO show from last Saturday failed to bump the album at the Top 10 (as members of the industry think)
Meanwhile the album has sold 46,000 copies this week and remains at No. 17 after 16 weeks (still a very respectable number).
Is the first time since their debut what the album has sold less than 50,000 copies in a week and the sales stands close to 2 millions.
I got a questions for all. Anybody knows the raiting of the show from last Saturday?.
I know what the Simpson episode was seeing by 16,7 millions and was the No. 10 show more seen from that week.

Oh, I make a mistake in this part:
"Acording to industry sources the Stones "Forty Licks" has sold 4,000 copies less what the next week (50,000)."
This is the correct:
Acording to industry sources the Stones "Forty Licks" has sold 4,000 copies less what the LAST week (50,000). |

The HBO special WILL help album sales....you just won't see it until next weeks chart...the latest chart mostly covered the days BEFORE the special |
