(Jan. 03) Concert Announcement: John Paul Jones and his band will be appearing in a benefit concert in aid of the Mines Advisory Group at The Lyric Theatre at The Lowry in Manchester on Sunday January 27th. The concert, entitled Guitars Against Landmines, has been organised by singer/songwriter Julie Felix in conjunction with the Manchester based MAG (Mines Advisory Group) and will also feature Steve Harley, Bill Wyman and the Rhythm Kings, Roy Harper, Kiki Dee & guitarist Carmelo Luggeri, Homelife and Little Johnny England. Other guests will be announced shortly.

JPJ's new solo album The Thunderthief will be released in the USA on February 5th and in the UK and Europe on February 18th.

On June 16, 2001 the hit counter of the WET page was inserted here, it had 174,489 hits. Now the hit counter is for both the page and the board.
The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
