Speaking of Out On Bail, perhaps someone here can help clarify some confusion. cabledogg2 lists his torrent, above, as the Mighty Diamonds version. I have a download of the Swingin' Pig version, which claims to be entirely from the June 14, 1978, Passaic show. Its cover exactly matches the set list for the Passaic show that is listed on the Complete Works site:

Complete Works/Swingin' Pig "Out On Bail"
14 June, 1978: Passaic, New Jersey, Capitol Theater

Let It Rock
All Down The Line
Honky Tonk Women
Star Star
When The Whip Comes Down
Miss You
Just My Imagination
Lies
Beast Of Burden
Respectable
Far Away Eyes
Love In Vain
Shattered
Sweet Little Sixteen
Tumbling Dice
Happy
Brown Sugar
Jumping Jack Flash
Street Fighting Man

Now, www.rs-covers.com also shows an identical "Out On Bail" release by Vinyl Gang. Same show, different cover images.

cabledogg2's Mighty Diamonds version has the tracks out of order for the June 28 Memphis show. Here's the actual set list from Complete Works:

Complete Works:
28 June, 1978: Memphis, Tennessee, Mid-South Coliseum

1 Let It Rock
2 All Down The Line
3 Honky Tonk Women
4 Star Star
5 When The Whip Comes Down
6 Miss You
7 Lies
8 Beast Of Burden
9 Just My Imagination
10 Respectable
11 Far Away Eyes
12 Love In Vain
13 Shattered
14 Hound Dog
15 Tumbling Dice
16 Happy
17 Sweet Little Sixteen
18 Brown Sugar
19 Jumping Jack Flash

Does anyone know if the Mighty Diamonds folks can be trusted with regard to their source, or might this set have more than three tracks from June 14? Why would they re-order so many tracks, and use the three tracks from the June 14 show when those same songs were also played at the June 28 show.

Any comments?

[Edited by interzone]

I don`t know whether this subject is still relevant. But if it helps I got the covers for the Mighty Diamond release. It was a digipack and I adjusted it to fit a regular CD-tray.Just e-mail me drno12@gmx.de

Excellent show, great memories, one of the best concerts I ever saw !!!

Do you have any info about the source ?
Maybe the duration of each CD could help to see if it is theone I already have.

From the naming it seems to be from the 6 CD VGP Box The Nearness of You. Krone and the rest of this box are the best recordings available from the Licks European Tour start in Munich(IMHO).

ademotte Re: Phoenix 12/13/81 torrent

I hate to ask this here, but I'm hoping someone can help - I've been dying on the Phoenix 12/13/81 torrent since Friday night. There have been several people that came along, completed their downloads, and bailed before I could finish; I've been stuck at 94% for awhile now. Could someone open a window? I would think I should be able to complete in a few minutes or so if someone dedicates some bandwidth to me.

Much appreciated; I will repay the favor further down the line. (Although I guess technically I already have since I've uploaded 1.4 times the torrent size so far.)

vox12string Phoenix 12/13/81 upped, kinda slow in Australia at the moment I'm afraid
January 12th, 2006 04:37 AM
MRD8 The next '81 soundboards are the two Syracuse shows then New Orleans, I should get the Syracuse in the mail today...Dog & Cat should have 3-4 more then thats it for them...rumor has it that Empress Valley has all the ones that DAC don't have but they don't release them very fast!
January 12th, 2006 07:50 AM
Flairville Just looked in my documents and I've still got the Phoenix file. It'll be upped now. Enjoy, it's my 2nd fave '81 soundboard.
January 12th, 2006 07:59 AM
Flairville I've just reopened everything i've got left on my HD. Any chance someone could open their 'Live at the Marquee' DVD on the tracker? There were 5 seeds yesterday and now only 2, I'd be grateful, its taking me years!
January 12th, 2006 08:37 AM
stoneman333 Hi - a few days ago there were several people at about 97% for 'rs-msg-1.14.98 -disc 2' - now they've all gone and I'm marooned at 77% - can anyone help me out please?

Thanks in anticipation
