I haven't seen that thing in years.
Please notice the "Mad Peck" credits at the bottom of the last panel. The Mad Peck was a comic book artist who frequently did record reviews -- he was most often featured in Creem, I think.
Obviously Charles Schulz would never make Snoopy fart on camera.
