Saint Sway

I was scouring thru a local record shop for vinyl on saturday and the store actually had a bootleg copy of the Sept MSG show. Naturally I forked over for it. I'm psyched about my find.

with the MSG shows coming up this week I was really stoked to head home and watch it.

except....

On my home I stop in a wine bar. Theyre playing Exile at the bar. Naturally I belly up and have a few and enjoy the tunes. Unfortunately I guess I had one rinse too many bc I walked out and left the dvd - along with a new Gram Parsons book - in the shopping bag on the floor at the bar.

F#CK!!!

I can get a new copy of the book. But that dvd is GONE.

Lazy Bones

Regardless of the degree to which someone likes or loves the Stones, nobody "deserves" to have their personal belongings stolen or misplaced.

Sad news, Saint Sway. I'd be upset, too.

I called the bar about a half hour after I left and spoke to the owner to see if the bag was still there. He looked, but it was gone. I can only hope that whoever walked off with it is enjoying the DVD and has become a converted Stones fan.
