I was scouring thru a local record shop for vinyl on saturday and the store actually had a bootleg copy of the Sept MSG show. Naturally I forked over for it. I'm psyched about my find.
with the MSG shows coming up this week I was really stoked to head home and watch it.
except....
On my home I stop in a wine bar. Theyre playing Exile at the bar. Naturally I belly up and have a few and enjoy the tunes. Unfortunately I guess I had one rinse too many bc I walked out and left the dvd - along with a new Gram Parsons book - in the shopping bag on the floor at the bar.
F#CK!!!
I can get a new copy of the book. But that dvd is GONE. |

Regardless of the degree to which someone likes or loves the Stones, nobody "deserves" to have their personal belongings stolen or misplaced.
Sad news, Saint Sway. I'd be upset, too. |

I called the bar about a half hour after I left and spoke to the owner to see if the bag was still there. He looked, but it was gone. I can only hope that whoever walked off with it is enjoying the DVD and has become a converted Stones fan. |
