I suggest lots of deep breathing to calm those nerves darlin'. I struggle with anxiety too. It can take me over...and I can't drink booze ( I puke instantly) so have had to learn other ways of coping.
I WILL give you calming hugs the minute I see your sweet face. :-)

there is a club called "Ricks" located a block and a half directly East of Stouts on 33rd Street.
I highly recomend checking it out. A much better time to be had there. |
