Yeah, Get What You Need has the gay sailor lyrics (I love that Mick vocal on that version -- now THAT is what 60 year old Mick should sound like - all lechery and whispered innuendo) and it also has the unadorned "Country Honk" where the Jimmie Rodgers influence really shines.
