most, but not all youtube videos can be embeded... to the right of the youtube tv, you will see the word embed, there's a code there. When you put the cursor on the code, all you need to do is copy the code, and then paste it into a post. sometimes it is disabled b/c the person doesn't want the video to be posted somewhere. Occasionaly the embed code is found under the youtube TV.
