Please forgive my ignorance, but what is the best DVD and audio so far from the ABB tour?
...and more importantly: Where can they be found?

best show Ive heard so far on audio is Houston

the best DVDs of the few Ive seen have been the two Fenway ones, although maybe theres better

where can they be found?
