Forget about the Copacabana show coming out as a DVD
The Beacon shows wont be a standalone DVD. They were filmed for a movie by Martin Scorsese, and wont be the only concert footage used in that release. There'll be archive footage too. Feature films dont get out together and released within 2-3 months of being filmed. A year is more likely. Per IMDB.com its slated to be premiered at the Toronto film festival in September.
The concert DVD of the tour will probably be the Austin show, although maybe there will be footage of other shows too. I would imagine thats the only way you'll see an official release of the Rio concert |

Thanks, Gazza.
I´d love to get Copacabana as DVD, but Austin was a better setlist, apart of the absence of Midnight Rambler. |

Rio's show is a pointless release now, the whole thing is available for free in internet. |

The only reason they would release Rio is to show people how many people went to see them. The set was lame and performance average. |

Yeah, any dvd would have to show the "real" stage, not the crap one Sth America and Aussie land got.
What was so good about Austin? |
