If you like the Stones you might like these cats from San francisco.

They are playing at the Last Day Saloon near San Francisco Jan. 10th with another cool blues rock band

Saint Sway Dang it. I cant get their tunes to play. But I like where their coming from.

This is a quote from their site:
-------
"We like rokk. We like jazz. We like funk. Rolling Stones, Black Crowes, White Stripes, Black Keys, Zepplin, ACDC, Muddy Waters, Blues Explosion."
-------

cool!

CROWES > STONES > STRIPES > BKEYS > ZEP > AC/DC > MUDDY > JON SPENCER = MY FAVORITE BANDS

these guys have the right idea!!!

thanks for posting the link!

unfortunatly I doubt that you'll find few folks at Rocks Off interested in this band. Old tards here are more interested in fluffy pop crap and think that the adult contemporary sounds of Bigger Bang "rock" and are "the best Stones ever."

I suspect that the blooze rawk sounds of bands like the Black Keys, White Stripes or Jon Spencer Blues Explosion would make 3/4 of the folks here soil thier Depends and cry until you put their INXS & U2 records back on.

glencar Yes, I'm askeered of hitting that button. Of course, at least an old fogie like me can get the music to play. Sweet, dude!
