ruby2sday hi, been researching Ruby Tuesday...could you shed some light on who (if anyone specific) the song was about? or anything you know would be v helpful..slightly ignorant!

LOL..some pretty ridiculous comments on that thread.

never heard it being specifically about a 'named' individual (the Stones rarely do anything like that, as they tend to write about composites), just that it was about a groupie on the scene at the time.

ruby2sday thanks...had found that site and thought the stuff was slightly random...i'll just take tiny bits that sound vaguely normal! the only other stuff iv found is on wikipedia really...had a look in most of the books around and they dont really say anything bout it...maybe im trying to research too much...well less material means less work yay! thanks for replying x
