My dad send our old LP player to fixing (don't know if this word exists) and it is working right, after a loooong time ... I'm listening DW right now, started by the B side, Winning Ugly.... I know everybody seems to hate the record but I'm with Bill Perks: I like it a lot.
Winning Ugly is a great song, I love the way Mick sings it. Love the drumming, love even the syntethizador, and it has really outstanding guitar licks. |

Winning Ugly had to be - it just had to be - one of Mick's attempts at writing the theme song for a movie, like Ruthless People. I'm only saying that because I'm pretty sure they didn't have infomercials then. |

I'd like to be positive today, so here goes;
whining ugly is the 3rd longest song on the album.
Yes, even longer than Back to zero!
Pretty impressive.
Now excuse me while i go bang my head against an oncoming train.
