To do this, Mick has given up alcohol, drugs and partys. Should he not rather do the opposite? I want to hear a rough, dirty, not a polished sound! |

Yes, the best albums were done in the times of excess of drugs, alcohol, and sex!
Why don't just two months all alone with good company and good stuff in a Castle! Then back to rehab for 6 months |

Why rehab after the recording? After it, they will be on tour, where I also don't want to hear only polished routine work by uninspired rock dinosaurs. |

At least, there must be a reason, why Keith gets himself heroin at the beginning of every tour. |

that's why I said only 6 months on rehab, than back to THE ORIGINAL ROLLING STONES, rocking till the end! |

I don't know, but is there usually not a break of less than 6 months between the recording of the album and the tour? |

Also: ONLY six months? Less may be necessary, as, if the rumour turns out to be true, the next Stones release will be a box set with remastered, unreleased and only partially new material. |

never in the past, but they are getting old so maybe it will be 6 months to get clean and then dirty on the road LOL! |

Don't forget, that drugs did also play there part in the eighties: Tattoo You was mainly an oldies collection compiled because they lacked new material. Emotional Rescue, Undercover and Dirty Work don't belong to the highlights in the Stones' catalogue. But you can hear on DW, that Charlie was on heroin... |
