Scot Rocks Forgot to say, that i was in attendance at the gig in Glasgow and they were great, I liked them better live than the Strokes and would definately recomend going to see them. Good to hear that not everything was like listening to the album. Noel Gallagher was at the side of the stage during the gig thought he may have came on and played on the encore, which would have capped off the night.

Was a great night anyway, hopefully see them again soon.

Hand of Fate I saw them at Brixton a couple of weeks a go and it was brilliant. I strongly advise anyone who hasn't got the ablum to get it.

corvonero I've seen them a couple of months ago in Milan, they played for only 45 minutes with no encore.
That ain't much for a rock show nowadays ... altough what they played sounded nice.

Charlie!Charlie! Why an encore???!!!!

I saw Kings of Leon in Paradiso, Amsterdam, where they
DID play an encore by the way. But why?

They're not the kind of band to interact with the audience
that much. They just do what they have to do; play their
songs and get the fuck out of the venue, leaving the audience in awe...

Just like The Stokes dit at Heineken Music Hall, Amsterdam 3 weeks ago! I think it's great

An encore is completely overdone.
An encore is way too predictable in my opinion.
