OMG!!!! is that Brian's Afghan doggie laying there out front??!! If I remember correctly, didn't he have an Afghan & a Cocker Spaniel (I think their names were Luther & Emily)?

To be truthful, I can't really tell if that is an Afghan (cuz of the water marking thru the dog). But I can tell it's too big to be a Cocker lol

Thanx for posting this! And if anyone may have inside pics of Cotchford, can ya please post them too? I'd love to see those too.

GhostofBrianJones I think that dog's name is Rufus from what I read. Great pictures, I don't
have any more of the inside of Cotchford Farm. My friend told me the dining
room is small with a huge wine rack and flagstone floor. The furniture in the
picture takes up a lot of room in that dining room. I wish I could get more
pictures of the inside of the rest of the house but do not think they are on
line anywhere. Any thoughts?

brians smile in here is a very special one.. i havent seen this kind of smile of him yet on any picture... i love it.. what a childish and girlish expression. sigh.

zooeyglass Yes, that's Brian's Afghan Luther.
Mirrorpix has it incorrectly labeled "Rufus" though.

I found the dining room at Cotchford circa 1969

GhostofBrianJones That dining room picture is much clearer and larger than
mine is. Is there some way to make it larger and keep the
clarity? I might be able to do it with Photoshop. I would
like to see more of the details of the room.

Thanks Lisa

GhostofBrianJones I think Keith and Brian were just talking in ordinary conversation. The person
taking the picture just happened to catch those expressions on their faces
at that particular time. The rest of them look okay. Of course Mr. Bill
always looks the same.

I think Brian really looks good in those stripes, he looks healthy and is a good
weight. Wonder if he has on any underwear??!! Hee Hee!! The striped pants
remind me of the ones he wore in the Beggars Banquet photos, I guess they
are not the same ones, I think they would be too tight!!

Anyway thanks for the great pictures I will try and find some to send to
Steve, if I can look at them without getting crosseyed after about 45 minutes!!

zooeyglass Those striped pants look like part of the suit Brian wore during the '67 tour...

And here at the Grapefruit launch in '68...

GhostofBrianJones The striped jacket, pants he had all either went together
or were really similar, I could never figure out which. I
don't think I remember him wearing the jacket and pants
together so far. The striped pants at Cotchford Farm were
the ones I thought looked similar to the ones in the
Beggars Banquet photos. That might have been unusual for
Brian to wear stripes going two different directions like
that except for casual wear at home. I mean they are bold
stripes put together I would guess for being at home.
When he went out he dressed to the nines. I was just curious
about the striped pants.

...yes, Linda, this pants could be maybe the same ones...I donīt know...

...but this here looking a bit more stretch like, they are really very much tight, arenīt they???? ...hmmmm, sweet

zooeyglass Sioux, no problem, when I have time, I can spend hours playing among my Brian pics

I wish this was better quality, but the original I posted was as I found it, I couldn't get it to look better unfortunately!

Here's a reverse and a smaller version for you...

PS: The smaller version actually looks better, doesn't it?
