I'm curious to know how rocks off managed to find a date for this pic? The dated given is rca-studios-1965, but I believe it is actually from much later, circa early 1969 in Olympic Studios.

[Edited by Philip]

No way, probably it's not 1965 but not 1969; this is Brian apparently in the only sessions he made in 1969 at Olympic Studios

GhostofBrianJones I have read different articles on what he did in the studios during 1968 to
1969. That last picture of him sitting on the floor shows him looking very
disgusted, at least to me it does. Maybe sometimes he was okay and maybe
other times he was under the influence. But he was very talented, intelligent
and basically a great human being, when clean and sober.

Thanks for the great pictures. They make me happy when I see them.

LOVE YOU S&K!!!

Love to everyone who adds pictures. I have to work on figuring how to do it.
(I have Mac OS X Tiger and everything is different with a Mac on doing stuff
on the Internet)

GhostofBrianJones More beautiful pictures, thank you all so much. It really uplifts my spirit when
I see all these wonderful BJ photos.

I was just wondering about something. I can't figure out if I like that white
Fedora Brian wore or not. I know there is nothing we can do to change
anything but I had been wondering if anyone thought it looked good or not.
I am not familiar with men's hats so maybe a second more experienced
person can help. I will say this, Brian definitely had his own personal
clothing style. He knew what looked good on him for the most part and
I admire someone who has that ability isn't it called panache?

LOVE YOU S&K!! Hi to Sophia, Olivia,GTRM and Voodoo.

As a result of the 10 minute news item aired on BBC’s Inside Out West current affairs programme on Monday 6th November and the article in, amongst other national newspapers, The Daily Mirror the following day.

GhostofBrianJones What a tragedy about Ed Bradley. He was a wonderful reporter and a good
honest man.

By the way I would love to hear/know what Brian's favorite Mountain Songs
are!

I can't see Brian liking John Denver?!

LOVE YOU S&K!!!

Love to Voodoo, GROM, CAUS, and Sophia, Olivia and all the rest who are
Brian fans. Thanks to all.

LOL Tooo late, Brian passed away earlier. Mountain's first album was released in February 1970; Leslie West's debut album "Mountain" was released mid July 1969 but it was credited to Leslie not to Mountain so Brian didn't know about Mountain.

VoodooChileInWOnderl However I have a picture of Brian with Corky Laing in 1963, will post later

GhostofBrianJones Voodoo you got me all mixed up. I thought you were talking about actual
Mountains NOT the darn group!! That is why I said what I did about John
Denver. It would be crazy to think Brian would like Take Me Home Country
Roads unless you blues it or whatever. My favorite Mountain song is On Top
Of Old Smokey or Spaghetti whichever comes first. Your daughters might like
On Top of Spaghetti! When I was their age we learned all kind of silly songs.

Keep the pictures coming!!

hello my lovely one!
are you talking about this hat (?) :

if so then i must say it looks totally beautiful on him and fits very well..especially with the haircut he had right then at the time he wore it. all the picture series taken with him and his white hat are some of my absolutely favorites of all time! i so would have liked to see his hat combined with other clothings he had. aww!

love!!
