It seems a bit strange, but on rs.com it looks like presales have started for differents european shows, including Dublin.

me neither. Theres also nothing in the press here about Dublin going on sale and nothing on Ticketmaster Ireland

There are a few pre-sale 'invites' now added for Europe on the official site, though

I wont be at the Dublin show, but for anyone thinking of going, I wouldnt waste a pre-sale on it as its a 'field' show.
