CORR
BLIMEY!!!
Arguably the strangest trio ever to
grace a LONDON stage appeared
last night when SLASH joined
ROLLING STONES axeman RONNIE
WOOD and CORRS frontwoman
ANDREA CORR onstage in front of
a crowd of 400.
Fans paid £225 to watch the stars
perform at the CC Club in Piccadilly
Circus. They worked through a
series of Stones numbers and at
least one by Wood's former band
The Faces.
The band were augmented by
Wood's son Jesse and daughter
Leah.

there's more about that show and the one at leicester square at iorr Ronnie Wood did two shows in London this week. First Ronnie played to a full house of may be 2000 people at the Shepherd's
Bush Empire on Tuesday 11th. Andrea of The Corrs guested on a few songs, singing and playing flute. Slash joined in like in
Dublin for most of the show. The night after Ronnie and the same guests played the intimate CC Club in Leicester Square in
front of some 450 fans and invitees who paid 260 pounds to be in such a small place. After the CC Club show Ronnie was on to
TV studio recordings. See reviews, set lists and show details on the Ronnie Wood live 2001 pages. http://www.iorr.org/ron/live2001.htm |
