Jizz & GlennCar hate The Crowes. This I also approve.
They're old and, aside from their love of the Stones, completely out of touch with their musical taste. They should in no way be fans of TBC or any other real rock bands. They are clearly more suited for driving their kids to soccer practice while listening to Sheryl Crow or the Counting Crows on their car radio than rocking out a Black Crowes concert.
And thats OK.
Not everyone has to like rock music. Pop music bands like F-U2 need fans too. Some folks like Sticky Fingers style rock and some folks like VH1 soft rock. Its what makes the world go round.

MORE HUMILIATION.........
Had the fortune of sharing an office today with two Brothers ages 19 and 22.
Music of choice was Rap, Hip Hop and Heavy Metal/Thrash rock.
I was interested in their musical tastes and pointed to the Tongue that is hanging from my PC.
LJ: "this is my favorite band!"
Boys: "Kiss??"
LJ: "The Rolling Stones...the greatest Rock n Roll Band in the World."

You wouldlike them to but for someone else..Rich Robinson , imo, is almost like a young MT,,the guy has real talent and melodic sounds...The lead singer is hot and cold..but the guitars are fucking brilliant. |
